Hot Ride - Privacy Policy
The aim of Hot Ride's privacy policy is to keep all customer related information private, regardless of any circumstances or the services provided to any particular customer. The requested information are strictly for the purpose of booking your desired service, and potentially sending you promotions on some discounted services as they occur. We will never ask you to provide any credit card details as those details will be filled by yourself through a secure online system. Please do not provide any credit card details to Hot Ride whether it was requested by mail, phone or sms as you might be a victim of a fraudulent transaction. Hot Ride may request your bank account details (Account & BSB) in case of any refund due to cancelation of a certain service.

Hot Ride prides itself with providing a high quality customer service, and protecting our customer's privacy is one of our essential tasks in this regard. Hot Ride is a mobile car cleaning and detailing company. All our services are done by our employees. We are not a franchise and we do not use subcontractors for our jobs. All services are done by our trained professionals.
